These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jo999 ("jo999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at jo999.io. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active jo999 account. Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months are classified as dormant. jo999 will make reasonable attempts to contact you via your registered email address before applying dormancy charges. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy fees will be closed.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to your most recently used withdrawal method, provided KYC verification is complete and no breach of these Terms is under investigation.

jo999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, platform features, payment provider policies, or operational practices.
